The Management Team
Jeffrey Franson - President
From the Boston area, Window
Expert, Inc. President Jeffrey
Franson relocated to Atlanta,
Georgia in 1995 following his
graduation from Boston College
in 1994. Jeff graduated with
honors while earning a BA in
Political Science and Philosophy.
Since 1995, Jeff has been employed
by Window Expert, Inc., of Marietta,
GA. In 1997, Jeff purchased
Window Expert, Inc. from his
brother Stephen and has since
been company President. Today,
Jeff splits his time between
Marietta and West Palm Beach
and continues to run the day-to-day
operations of The Company.
Chris Sullivan –
Sr. Vice President
Chris is a 1996 graduate of
the University of Vermont with
a degree in small business management.
Chris joined Window Expert,
Inc. shortly after his graduation
and has worked for The Company
since that time. Today, Chris
is responsible for the day-to-day
operations of the business overseeing
both the window cleaning and
window film divisions. Chris
is located in Delray Beach,
FL and is in charge of all operations
in South Florida.
Scott Gwaltney –
Vice President, Operations
Scott joined The Company in
2001 as an outside sales representative.
The University of Florida graduate
and US Marine previously had
been President of Forever Sports,
Inc. of Tampa, FL. Scott plays
a key roll in business operations
at The Company, including strategic
planning, technology implementation,
network and database management.

Nick Baker - Outside
Sales, Customer Service
Nick joined The Company in 1999.
Previously employed by Hilton
Hotels as a General Manager
of their Windy Hill (Marietta
GA) location, Nick represents
the ‘face’ of The
Company to our customers. In
charge of customer service,
Nick has incorporated proven
systems to ensure the highest
levels of customer satisfaction
and retention. Nick also handles
a number of residential sales
and service calls and is skilled
in all aspects of company operations.
Claire Frank - Office
Manager
Former customer turned Office
Manager, Claire Frank joined
The Company team in the summer
of 2001. Claire is responsible
for the daily office function
for The Company. Claire is the
“voice” of Window
Expert , Inc. and the backbone
of The Company’s home
office.
